PVC Laminated Film for Wall Panel
Wall panels are not furniture. The film that goes on a kitchen cabinet door will not perform the same way when stretched across a four-meter hotel corridor wall, lit from the side, and required to pass a Class B fire test. That gap in performance is exactly what LUYAO’s wall panel range was built to close.
We have shipped wall panel film into more than 30 countries — hotel chains in Southeast Asia, residential developers in the Gulf, retail fit-out contractors across Eastern Europe. The product spec on this page reflects what those projects actually demanded.
Why Wall Panel Film Is a Separate Category
Three engineering problems separate wall panel film from furniture-grade film:
Visual scale. A wall is bigger than a cabinet door, lit from raking angles, and inspected up close in well-lit interiors. Any roll-to-roll color drift or thickness variation becomes immediately visible. Our wall panel grade holds thickness within ±0.01 mm and color within ΔE ≤ 1.0 across the entire production batch.
Fire compliance. Most contract and hospitality projects — and an increasing share of residential codes in Europe and the Middle East — require wall surfaces to meet Class B (EN 13501-1) or equivalent. Our FR grade is certified to B-s2,d0, with test reports available on request.
Moisture exposure. Wall film often sits in bathrooms, kitchens, or humid coastal climates for ten years or more. The plasticizer system in our wall panel formulation is stabilized for long-term humidity cycling — no edge curl, no yellowing under typical interior conditions.
Applications We Supply
PVC laminated film for wall panel
WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) is now the dominant substrate for new wall cladding projects across Asia and the Middle East — lightweight, fast to install, and dimensionally stable. Our PVC laminated film for WPC wall panel is matched to WPC’s thermal expansion behavior, preventing the edge-lift problem common when generic film is paired with WPC.
- Thickness: 0.12 – 0.20 mm
- Adhesive system: PUR or EVA hot-melt
- Width: matched to standard WPC panel widths (custom slitting available)
Interior Wall Cladding on MDF / Plywood
For built-up wall systems using MDF, HDF or plywood substrates — typical in retail stores, office spaces, restaurant interiors and high-end residential feature walls — we offer the standard interior grade with full 1400 mm width capability. One panel, one film, no visible seams.
Bathroom and Wet-Area Walls
Bathroom wall panels demand a fully waterproof film with anti-mold surface treatment. Our bathroom grade has been specified into hotel renovation projects across Southeast Asia where humidity sits above 80% year-round. Available in stone, marble and wood grain decors.
Hotel and Hospitality Interiors
Contract projects usually need three things at once: fire certification, color matching to a designer’s CMF spec, and reliable supply across a multi-phase rollout. LUYAO handles all three — we hold project-specific decors in reserved inventory for up to 12 months so phase 2 of your hotel matches phase 1.

How LUYAO Compares to Trading Suppliers
Three things customers tell us matter most when they switch to LUYAO from a trading-house supplier:
Direct factory accountability. When a roll arrives with a defect, you talk to the production manager, not a sales agent who has to email a factory in another city. Every batch carries a QC report, and we retain physical samples from each production lot for 12 months.
Real lead times. Stock decors ship in 15–25 days from order confirmation. Custom production runs 35–45 days. These are the dates we commit to in writing — not trading-company estimates that slip by two weeks.
Project-grade documentation. REACH, RoHS, Class B fire test reports, CARB, Prop 65 — we maintain current certificates and provide documentation packages sized for your customs clearance and end-customer audits.
Choosing the Right Grade
Three questions decide the spec:
1. What is the substrate?
- WPC panel → 0.12–0.20 mm, WPC-matched formulation
- MDF / plywood → 0.15–0.25 mm, standard interior grade
- Aluminum or metal composite → ask us about adhesion-promoted grade
2. What is the environment?
- Dry interior (office, retail, bedroom) → standard grade
- Wet area (bathroom, kitchen wall, spa) → bathroom grade
- Hotel corridor, public space, commercial → FR grade (Class B)
3. What is the visual requirement?
- Standard residential → stock decor, standard finish
- Designer / hospitality → custom color match within ΔE ≤ 1.0
- Premium hotel / retail flagship → synchronized embossing + soft-touch topcoat

PVC Laminated Film for Wall Panel Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can your wall panel film pass Class B fire testing in Europe? A: Yes. Our FR grade is certified to EN 13501-1 Class B-s2,d0. Test reports are available before order — just request them with your inquiry.
Q: What is the difference between your wall panel film and your furniture film? A: Different formulation and different QC tolerance. Wall panel film holds tighter thickness tolerance for visual uniformity over large surfaces, has UV-stabilized pigments for long-term interior lighting exposure, and is available in FR and bathroom grades that furniture film does not need.
Q: Do you supply matching trims or edge profiles? A: We produce matching PVC edge banding for any of our wall panel decors, useful when wall panels meet at outside corners or transitions. Ask your sales contact for the color-matched edge banding option.
Q: What is the MOQ for first-time buyers? A: One roll for stock decors — typically 300 meters. We encourage trial orders so you can test the film on your production line before committing to volume.
Q: How is the film shipped from China? A: FOB, CIF, or DDP — your choice. We ship from shanghai/Ningbo, handle export documentation in-house, and offer consolidated containers if your order is smaller than a full container load.
Q: Can you match a sample I already have? A: Yes. Send a physical sample (10 × 10 cm minimum). Our color lab returns a match within ΔE ≤ 1.0, typically in 7–10 days, plus a free sample roll for your press trial.
