Focus On Bulk Procurement FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk purchases of acrylic edge banding strips? Can the MOQ be adjusted for long-term cooperative clients?

The MOQ for bulk purchases of standard colors and specifications is 5000 meters per color. For long-term cooperative clients who have maintained stable orders for more than 6 consecutive months, we can flexibly adjust the MOQ based on your monthly purchase volume and historical cooperation records.

Can bulk orders use a phased delivery model? How is the delivery plan confirmed?

Yes, we fully support phased delivery for bulk orders to help you optimize inventory management and reduce capital tied up. After signing the contract, you can negotiate the delivery schedule with the sales team based on your production plan. For example, if you place a bulk order of 8,000 rolls, you can request delivery of 3,000 rolls in the first month, 3,000 rolls in the second month, and 2,000 rolls in the third month. The specific delivery date, quantity, and shipping method for each batch will be confirmed in writing (such as in the contract appendix or delivery notice). To ensure timely delivery, we will reserve production capacity for your order in advance and update you on the production progress weekly during the production period.

Can on-site quality inspection be conducted before shipment for bulk purchases? What happens if the inspected products fail to meet standards?

We warmly welcome customers to conduct on-site quality inspections for bulk orders. You can send your quality inspection team to the factory, or entrust a third-party testing agency (such as SGS, BV, etc.) to conduct inspections. We will fully cooperate and provide relevant materials such as inspection samples, production records, and test reports. If the inspection finds that the products do not meet the agreed quality standards (such as unqualified thickness, excessive color difference, poor scratch resistance, etc.), we will handle it as follows:
1) If the percentage of unqualified products is less than 5%: We will provide corresponding compensation or reissue the products in the next batch order;
2) If the percentage of unqualified products is 5%-20%: We will reproduce and deliver qualified products within 7 working days, and bear the return shipping costs of the unqualified products;
3) If the percentage of unqualified products exceeds 20%: You have the right to terminate the order, and we will refund the prepayment and compensate for the corresponding losses.

Can we sign an annual agreement for long-term bulk cooperation? What are the advantages of signing an annual agreement?

Yes, we strongly recommend that long-term bulk cooperation clients sign an annual framework agreement. Its advantages include:
1) Price stability: Product prices within the framework agreement remain stable for one year, avoiding cost fluctuations caused by rising raw material prices;
