EVA Hot Melt Adhesive

EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) is the most widely used and technologically mature type of edge banding adhesive. It is favored for its excellent cost-effectiveness and wide applicability.

PUR Hot Melt Adhesive

PUR (Moisture-Curing Reactive Polyurethane Hot Melt Adhesive) represents the pinnacle of edge sealing technology. It forms an extremely strong and durable adhesive layer through an irreversible cross-linking chemical reaction with moisture in the air.

  • Exceptional Durability: After curing, it forms an irreversible network structure with excellent heat resistance, cold resistance (stable from -40℃ to 120℃), and chemical resistance (such as cleaning agents).
  • Superior Water/Moisture Resistance: After cross-linking and curing, it is insoluble in water, making it an essential solution for humid environments such as kitchens, bathrooms, and laboratories. It effectively prevents edge banding from cracking and peeling due to moisture.
