Hot Melt Granular Glue description from Luyao

LUYAO hot melt granular glue is an EVA-based synthetic glue with excellent working capabilities that may be utilized with edge banders. The adhesive dissolves and flows easily. It is clean to use and does not string. LUYAO hot melt glue has strong bonding qualities when used with ornamental laminate edge strips.

LUYAO hot melt adhesive is suitable for most types of edge strips that have been evaluated by edge strip manufacturers and authorized for hot melt edge banding.

Edgebander Hot Melt Glue Granules are available in white at medium to high temperatures.

Edge banding hot melt adhesive is an EVA-based adhesive that bonds PVC edge bands to wood board edges. It may be utilized in fully automatic, semi-automatic, or manual edge banding machines.

It works at various machine feed speeds. Features excellent melting qualities, bonding strength, and no stringing.

150°C to 180°C: Suitable for portable and manual edgebanders, such as our Aaron MY-60, PEB50, CEB50, and Co-Matic BR500/AR500.

180°C – 210°C: Ideal for most fully automated edgebanding.
