Understanding Its Reign & Its Limits
We produce high-quality 40mm edge banding in large quantities every day. We offer PVC, ABS, acrylic and melamine in different widths and in every imaginable finish – from deep, realistic wood grains (matt, glossy, high-gloss) to vibrant solid colors (matt, glossy, high-gloss) and sophisticated metallics.
It perfectly covers exposed edges of particleboard/plywood and MDF (the most common materials used in flatpack and custom cabinetry) up to 38mm, with a comfortable overlap on both sides.
Many automatic and semi-automatic edgebanding machines are calibrated for this width, making them extremely efficient in high-volume production of standard parts.

PVC Edgebanding
The most versatile and economical. A wide range of colors and finishes (wood grain matt/gloss/high gloss, solid wood matt/gloss/high gloss). Good durability and moisture resistance.
ABS Edgebanding
Excellent impact resistance and flexibility, especially at low temperatures. Ideal for curved applications and high-impact environments. Preferred for its smooth, consistent solid color surface.
Acrylic (PMMA) Edgebanding
Ideal for excellent clarity, rich gloss (“liquid glass” effect), and UV stability. Yellowing-resistant, ideal for high-end furniture, display pieces, and applications that require a crystal-like edge effect. Our 3D acrylic process creates stunning depth.
Melamine Edgebanding
High hardness, scratch resistance, and perfect match with melamine veneer (MFD). Affordable, durable and ideal for perfectly matching panel surfaces.
We also provide U-shaped/T-shaped edge banding. The special-shaped edge banding can perfectly cover and wrap the exposed cut edges of the veneered board to form a neat and firm seal. The biggest advantage is that after installation, there is no need for tedious subsequent finishing steps such as milling, scraping or polishing. A smooth and flawless edge effect can be achieved in one step, which significantly saves time, reduces the difficulty of operation, and completely eliminates the risk of damaging the panel finish.

Range: 0.2mm – 5.0mm | Tolerance: ±0.03mm
- 0.2-0.3mm: Ultra-thin flexible tape, suitable for curved surfaces with a radius of curvature ≥ 3mm (such as musical instruments, curved furniture), tensile strength ≥ 12MPa.
- 0.4-1.0mm: General economic type, accounting for 65% of the order volume, in line with EN 13986 standard.
- 1.2-3.0mm: Reinforced impact resistance, drop ball test load 1.5kg/30cm without cracks (laboratory data).
- 3.1-5.0mm: Structural edge, CNC chamfering can be processed, thermal deformation temperature ≥ 80℃ (e.g. bar counter, laboratory countertop)
