Production process
raw materials
Prepare 170 grams of pure wood pulp special base paper as the base material, check that there are no damaged impurities, prepare melamine glue, ink, adhesive and other auxiliary materials at the same time, and store them in a dry and dust-free area to avoid moisture.
Extrude
Feed the base paper into the glue dipping tank at a constant speed to ensure that the glue liquid is evenly soaked, and then dry it to a semi-cured state without sticking to your hands or brittleness.According to the customized design and color printing, calibrate the color and texture, perform single-sided printing on the semi-finished product, and quickly dry and solidify the ink after printing.
Cut
Use a slitting machine to cut according to the width you need. Trim the edges after slitting to ensure that the cuts are smooth and without layering and chipping, and wind them into regular finished rolls.
Packing
Check the appearance, size, adhesive layer and printing quality, and randomly check the adhesion and wear resistance. Qualified products are packaged with moisture-proof materials, and the specifications and colors are marked and packed in the standard. Unqualified products are sorted separately.
