Production strength display
Raw materials such as PVC, ABS, or acrylic are carefully selected and measured according to the required specifications. This stage ensures the correct composition and quality of the edge banding material.
The prepared raw materials are melted and processed into small, uniform pellets. These pellets are easier to handle and ensure consistent quality during the extrusion process.
The pellets are fed into an extruder, where they are heated and shaped into continuous strips of edge banding. The strips are then cooled and cut to the desired width and thickness.
The edge banding strips undergo printing or coating to achieve the desired color, pattern, or texture. This step enhances the aesthetic appeal and matches the plywood surface.
Each strip is rigorously checked for defects such as uneven thickness, color inconsistencies, or surface imperfections. Only products that meet strict quality standards proceed to the next stage.
The inspected edge banding strips are carefully rolled or cut into specific lengths, then packaged in protective materials to prevent damage during transportation and storage.
