What payment methods are commonly accepted?

The most common method is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). A 30%-50% deposit is usually required, with the balance due before shipment or upon viewing a copy of the bill of lading. For large orders, L/C (Letter of Credit) is also acceptable. While the procedures are more complex, it provides greater security for both parties through bank credit.

What are the main trade terms?

The most common trade terms are FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight). Under FOB, you arrange and pay for transportation and insurance from the port of departure in China to the port of destination. The supplier is responsible for safely transporting the goods to the port of departure and completing export customs clearance. Under CIF, we cover freight and insurance to the port of destination and provide a lump sum price that includes these costs.
