PVC/ABS resin (Formosa Plastics, LG), calcium powder (particle size ≤ 5μm), rubber particles (Henkel, Fuller), color powder/additives (Clariant, BASF) are fully inspected before entering the warehouse (SGS cooperation).

High-speed mixer accurately weighs and mixes according to customized formula, and the mixing uniformity is ≥ 99.5%.
High-temperature extrusion:
