Ultra-high quality: The PVC core has excellent furniture protection properties such as impact resistance, scratch resistance, moisture resistance, heat resistance (can withstand high temperatures up to 180°C/356°F for a short time), household chemicals and UV fading. It can resist the chipping of veneers and the dents of solid wood.
Seamless Integration: Available in standard and custom widths (typically 0.8mm to 3mm thick and 18mm to 60+mm wide) to perfectly match common board thicknesses (16mm, 18mm, 25mm, etc.) to ensure a smooth, professional finish after trimming.
Bonding Versatility: Available with high-performance heat-activated hot melt adhesives (EVA or PUR) for iron-on or automatic machine bonding.

EVA HOT MELT GLUE
EVA glue is a hot melt adhesive with ethylene and vinyl acetate as the main components. It is favored for its good adhesion and transparency. EVA glue has a short curing time and can quickly form a strong bond. It is suitable for bonding a variety of materials, including paper, plastics and textiles. Its superior flexibility allows EVA glue to maintain stable bonding performance even under dynamic loads, making it very suitable for products that need to move or bend frequently.
PUR HOT MELT GLUE
PUR adhesive, or polyurethane hot melt adhesive, is a high-performance adhesive with excellent water and temperature resistance. Compared with EVA adhesive, PUR adhesive provides stronger bonding strength and is particularly suitable for applications that require higher bonding performance, such as the construction and automotive industries. The flexibility and durability of PUR adhesive enables it to maintain good bonding in extreme environments and can cope with the challenges brought by temperature and humidity changes.
