3D Edge Banding Tape
Unlike conventional PVC or acrylic edge banding, Luyao Industrial’s 3D edge banding represents the pinnacle fusion of material science and surface treatment technology. It uses top-grade PMMA particles and forms an optically transparent layer with a thickness of 0.8-2.0mm through a co-extrusion process. The light transmittance is ≥92%, and the outermost layer is covered with a scratch-resistant and stain-resistant coating. By “encapsulating” the decorative layer inside the high-transparency substrate, Luyao 3D edge banding creates an unprecedented sense of visual depth while ensuring that the pattern will never wear out. After the edge banding is milled and polished, the edge still presents a uniform and continuous pattern and color, completely eliminating the “white edge” or “fault” phenomenon that is prone to occur in traditional edge banding.
