The operation is relatively simple and flexible, suitable for small and medium batches, multiple sizes, and multiple colors.
Confirm machine compatibility
Make sure that the semi-automatic edge banding machine has the function of activating pre-gluing (usually a heated pressure wheel or an independent hot air device), and its temperature control range can meet the activation requirements of the selected pre-gluing edge banding.
Parameter matching: Accurately match the machine’s heating temperature, pressure and feed speed with the activation characteristics of the pre-gluing edge banding. Too low temperature or insufficient pressure will result in weak bonding; too high temperature or excessive pressure will cause deformation of the edge banding and overflow of the glue layer.
