Description
Embossed PVC Film
Embossed PVC film is widely used in the building materials industry. Luyao Group has 20 years of production experience and utilizes advanced German-imported machinery to process various patterns required by customers.
The popularity of PVC laminate film stems from its unique performance advantages, including rainproof, fire-resistant, anti-static properties, and ease of shaping. Additionally, the low input-to-output ratio of PVC makes it an economical choice.
Advantages of Using PVC Decorative Film
While some may believe that PVC embossed film is inferior to natural materials, it has been refined to eliminate toxic substances, making it non-toxic and odorless. It does not irritate the skin or respiratory system, making it suitable for individuals allergic to wood or paint. Additionally, using PVC embossed film can reduce reliance on wood, thereby minimizing environmental impact and promoting ecological conservation.
Unique Characteristics of Embossed PVC Film
- Variety: Available in a wide range of colors and patterns.
- Durability: Waterproof, moisture-proof, and fireproof.
Size Range and Availability
Common widths for Furniture PVC film are 1240 mm, 1260 mm, 1350 mm, and 1400 mm, with thicknesses customizable to meet specific requirements.
Production Process of PVC Film
- Production Line: A typical production line includes a rolling machine, printing machine, back coating machine, and cutting machine. The process begins with the rolling machine, which mixes materials and rolls them at high temperatures, producing films with thicknesses ranging from 0.12 mm to 0.45 mm.
- Printing: After rolling, the film enters the printing machine where colors are applied according to design specifications.
- Back Coating: This step adds a special back coating to the film, acting as a high-energy affinity agent. This layer is crucial for ensuring that the PVC film adheres tightly to medium-density boards or other substrates and does not peel off over time.
- High-Temperature Processing: The entire production process occurs at high temperatures (around 220°C), enhancing the PVC film’s resistance to light and fire, ensuring high quality and durability.
