Description
EVA glue sticks
Hot melt EVA glue sticks are composed of solid thermoplastic copolymers, tackifying resins, and waxes that perform at the appropriate viscosity when used in bookbinding procedures. EVA adhesives have strong adhesive qualities, but more importantly, they set rapidly due to their hot melt nature.
Properties of Hot melt EVA glue:
Although the qualities of EVA adhesives vary based on their precise formulations, they adhere to the biggest range of substrates, perform in one of the widest temperature ranges for hot melt adhesives, and, above all, are the most cost-effective. EVA hot melt adhesives typically require an application or melting temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit and have a viscosity range of 900-3,000 cps.
EVA adhesives often set quickly. However, keep in mind that a formulation with a greater vinyl-acetate ratio would require a longer set time. EVA adhesives may perform in temperatures ranging from -40 to 160 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on the formulation.
Remember that because EVA hot melt adhesives are tailored to your individual industry or application, there is no one EVA glue that is suitable for a wide variety of bonding applications. What substrates must be bonded, the needed application procedures, including application speed and set time, and the environment in which the adhesive is utilized are all factors that will influence the final formulation of the specific adhesive.
Luyao group provides a large selection of EVA hot melt adhesive materials. These items are cataloged by application, including as packing, woodworking, and product assembly, as well as by hot melt type (EVA or metallocene). The new filter bar allows you to conveniently limit down your search not just by application or hot melt type, but also by set time, manufacturer, temperature, and bond type, among other criteria.
