Our production of melamine edge banding goes through a controlled line composed of 7 steps:

- Melamine resin impregnation — multi-bath saturation for even penetration
- Drying & curing — temperature-zoned ovens eliminate surface cracking
- Pressing & lamination — pressure rollers compress the resin film
- Surface finishing — matte, gloss, super matte, textured …
- Slitting — rolls are cut with precision slitters from 15mm to 55mm in width

what is melamine edge banding?
Edge banding melamine is a thin decorative strip, usually between 0.4mm and 1.0mm in thickness, that can be applied to the raw exposed edges of various types of panels such as particleboard, plywood, or MDF. The strip is produced by impregnating the decor paper with melamine resin and then pressing it under heat into a solid, scratch resistant surface that resembles the panel face.
