We apply unique international export packaging standards for furniture edge banding strip and EVA hot melt adhesive customized to ocean long distance transportation, cross-border land transportation and air transportation. All packaging materials meet the international standards for export cargo protection and are effective in preventing the material moisture, extrusion, deformation, dust contamination and product damage during transportation. Edge Banding Packaging
Our PVC, ABS, and acrylic edge banding products utilize custom-designed, multi-layered, compression-resistant, and deformation-proof export packaging, with reinforcement strategies tailored to specific thicknesses, widths, and specifications. Standard packaging consists of five rolls (100 meters per roll) per carton; we offer both square and flat carton designs with front or side openings to facilitate flexible loading and efficient warehouse management for our clients.

We implement rigorous reinforcement standards for edge banding with non-standard dimensions. For products exceeding 2.6mm in thickness or 35mm in width, each carton is secured with three straps to enhance structural integrity and prevent carton rupture or coil shifting. For ultra-thin edge banding (0.4mm, 0.45mm, and 0.5mm), we utilize internal plastic support rings to prevent bending or deformation during long-distance transit. We employ a systematic internal ring configuration: standard widths use a 2cm ring, 44mm widths use dual rings, and wider specifications utilize additional rings to ensure the coils maintain a perfectly circular shape.

Each roll is tightly wrapped in a high-toughness, waterproof, and dustproof stretch film as an inner layer to protect against surface scratches, fading, and dust accumulation. The outer layer consists of a high-rigidity reinforced carton capable of withstanding the pressure of container stacking and the rigors of long-term ocean shipping. We offer flexible shipping solutions for all orders, including Less than Container Load (LCL) and Full Container Load (FCL) options. For bulk wholesale clients, we provide bespoke services—such as custom-branded cartons and personalized shipping marks—to help elevate your brand’s packaging image.
EVA hot melt glue Packaging
Our EVA hot melt glue powder is packed with moisture-proof cover to resist dirty, suitable for long distance transit cross border. The package is 25 kg/bag by standard.
About the palletizing, we have a standard stacking way, 6 bags for a layer, 10 layers on a pallet, 60 bags in total, this can make the container loading tidy and more stable. We provide flexible shipping solutions LCL and FCL to accommodate different order quantities. PVC Film Packaging
Our PVC films range in thickness from 0.08 mm to 0.60 mm and in width from 1000 mm to 1450 mm (with 1220 mm being the most common standard size). The standard roll length is 100 meters; however, we can provide custom quotes for extended lengths—such as 200, 300, or 500 meters—to meet specific customer requirements.
To accommodate the material’s soft, lightweight nature and prevent issues such as wrinkling, edge curling, scratching, or deformation during long-distance transport, we employ standardized, multi-layer protective packaging for all PVC film rolls. Each roll is first wrapped in kraft paper for basic surface protection; cardboard and plastic spacers are applied to both ends to shield the edges and corners from impact or crushing damage; finally, the entire roll is tightly secured with stretch wrap to ensure the package remains stable and intact.
For container shipping, the rolls are loaded onto standard pallets—with a maximum of 9 rolls per pallet—to ensure stacking stability and transport safety. For ultra-thin or extra-wide films prone to creasing, we utilize reinforced packaging structures to enhance stability. All packages bear professional warning labels indicating precautions against crushing, scratching, and moisture.
