Hot Melt Adhesive Production Process
1. Raw Material Screening: We select imported EVA and polyolefin raw materials, and conduct 3 rounds of purity testing to ensure no impurities affect bonding performance.
2. Formula Mixing: Professional R&D team configures formulas according to product types (medium/high temperature), adding antioxidants and stabilizers to enhance heat resistance.
3. Melting & Blending: Raw materials are melted in a sealed reaction kettle at 150-180℃, with nitrogen filling to prevent oxidation during the process.
4. Extrusion & Granulation: The melted adhesive is extruded through a screw machine and cut into uniform particles by a precision cutter.
5. Multi-stage Filtration: 5-layer filtration system removes micro-impurities, ensuring the glue flows smoothly during machine application.
6. Quality Inspection: Each batch undergoes bonding strength, softening point and aging tests. Only qualified products enter the packaging process.
7. Vacuum Packaging: Products are packaged in moisture-proof aluminum-plastic bags to avoid dampness during sea transportation to the Middle East.
