What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and delivery time for customized colors?

To show our sincerity, the MOQ for the first customization can be as low as half a container (about 10-12 standard pallets). Subsequent orders usually start at 1 standard container. The standard customization process (from color sample confirmation to finished product storage) takes about 10-15 days, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. After receiving the deposit and confirming the packaging, the production cycle is about 20 days (20-foot container).

Are your edge bands easy to debond or deform in a humid and hot environment in the kitchen?

Ultra-low water absorption (<0.5%): Effectively resist moisture intrusion.
Excellent heat resistance: Selected raw materials and formulas to adapt to kitchen temperature fluctuations.
Strong adhesive: Standard EVA adhesive has stable performance; optional PUR hot melt adhesive, which is far more resistant to high temperature (>100℃), boiling water, and chemical solvents than ordinary EVA adhesive, is an ideal choice for high-end kitchen cabinets (especially sink cabinets).

How to confirm product quality? Can I send samples for testing?

For customized colors or specific needs, paid proofing can be arranged (proofing fees can be negotiated or deducted in subsequent bulk orders). Samples support you to conduct multiple performance tests such as edge banding tests, bonding strength tests, yellowing resistance, scratch resistance, etc.

What payment methods and trade terms do you support?

Payment method: 30% deposit (before production) + 70% balance (before shipment). Support Alibaba guaranteed transactions, T/T wire transfer, L/C. RMB payment can be made using Alipay or WeChat.
Trade terms: We are experienced and can flexibly operate multiple terms such as EXW (Shanghai factory delivery), FOB (free on board price at major ports such as Shanghai/Ningbo), FCA, CIF, CFR, etc.
