PVC edge banding is one of the most commonly used edge banding materials in furniture manufacturing, known for its excellent cost-effectiveness, rich color texture and excellent processing performance. Made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it has good flexibility and is suitable for straight and special-shaped edge banding. It can effectively cover the cut surface of the board and enhance the overall aesthetics of the furniture. Our PVC edge banding adopts an environmentally friendly formula, is UV-resistant and wear-resistant, and provides a variety of surface treatments (matte, glossy, wood grain, solid color, etc.) to meet different design requirements. Whether it is cabinets, wardrobes or office furniture, it can provide a long-lasting and durable edge banding solution.
ABS edge banding is the first choice for high-end furniture due to its high strength and excellent impact resistance. Compared with PVC, ABS material is more environmentally friendly, halogen-free, and meets strict international safety standards (such as REACH, EN71-3). Its surface is smooth and delicate, and its hot-melt adhesive performance is excellent. There is almost no seam after edge banding, which is particularly suitable for modern furniture with strict requirements on details. In addition, ABS edge banding is resistant to high temperature and chemical corrosion, and is suitable for medical equipment, children’s furniture and high-end customized products exported to Europe and the United States.
Melamine edge banding is made of paper or fiber substrate impregnated with resin. It has a realistic surface texture and can be perfectly integrated with the board. It is often used for rapid edge banding of panel furniture. Its biggest feature is that it does not require hot melt adhesive and can be completed by high-temperature pressing. It has high production efficiency and low cost. Although its wear resistance is slightly inferior to PVC and ABS, it has excellent stability in a dry environment and is not easy to deform. It is suitable for furniture manufacturers with limited budgets and pursuing natural wood grain effects.
Acrylic edge banding is the finishing touch of light luxury furniture with its crystal clear texture and high gloss. Made of PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate), it has good light transmittance and can simulate glass effects. It also has excellent anti-yellowing and scratch resistance. It is suitable for edge banding of modern simple, high-end display cabinets and LED light strip furniture, which can add a sense of technology and luxury to the design. Although the cost is relatively high, its excellent visual effect and durability make it popular in the high-end market.
PVC decorative film is a multifunctional surface decoration material widely used in furniture, interior decoration and car interior. Its advantages are rich pattern selection (wood grain, stone grain, metal texture, etc.) and excellent simulation effect, which can achieve high-end finish at low cost. PVC skirting board is an ideal alternative to traditional wooden skirting board, combining beauty and practicality. Hot melt particles are the “all-rounder” in industrial bonding. They are designed in a granular form, which is convenient for accurate feeding of automated equipment and is particularly suitable for use in large-scale production lines. Our particles use a modified EVA formula, which melts quickly at 120-160℃ to form a high-strength bonding layer, and has excellent adhesion to a variety of materials such as wood, plastic, and textiles. Compared with traditional glue, it does not contain solvents and cures quickly (3-8 seconds), which can significantly improve the efficiency of processes such as furniture edge banding and packaging box bonding. The unique anti-moisture formula can also avoid the problem of debonding in the humid environment of the south, making it an ideal choice for the pursuit of efficient and environmentally friendly production.
The “book binding hot melt glue” developed specifically for the paper industry has redefined the way paper is firmly bonded. This low-temperature hot melt glue (working temperature 80-110℃) can perfectly penetrate the paper fibers without penetrating the back, ensuring that the spine of the book is flexible and not prone to cracking. We have specially added tackifying resin to keep the glue layer elastic in an environment of -20℃ to 50℃, completely solving the problem of traditional glue cracking in winter and softening in summer. Whether it is a hardcover book, magazine or children’s pop-up book, it can achieve a smooth and wrinkle-free binding effect, so that every page of paper can withstand the test of repeated reading.
Hot melt glue sticks are like the “portable first aid kit” of the bonding world. With its plug-and-play nature, they are a must-have tool for DIY enthusiasts and small-scale repairs. Our glue sticks use high-purity EVA substrates and customized hardness adjustment formulas to ensure that the two standard sizes of 7mm/11mm glue sticks can be glued smoothly in various glue guns. From handmade, gift packaging to electronic component fixing, the fast curing ability of 5-10 seconds allows creativity to be free from waiting. The specially launched transparent and traceless version realizes the artistic effect of “invisible bonding” in handicrafts and model making.
PUR hot melt adhesive represents the future of bonding technology, breaking the physical bonding limitations of traditional hot melt adhesives. This “breathing glue” can react chemically with moisture in the air after heating and gluing to form an irreversible polyurethane cross-linked structure. Its bonding strength can reach more than 3 times that of ordinary EVA glue, and its high temperature resistance exceeds 150°C, and it can even bond difficult-to-handle metals and glass. Our PUR glue has specially optimized the open time (15-90 seconds optional), making precision operations such as furniture edge banding and automotive interior assembly easier. Although the price is higher, the cost per square meter is lower – this is why the high-end manufacturing field is increasingly relying on this “lifelong non-debonding” black technology
