Production Line

1. Extrusion:
   • PVC raw materials are heated and melted through an extruder to form continuous baseboard profiles.
2. Lamination:
   • A decorative veneer is applied to the surface of the extruded profile to enhance appearance and provide various texture and color options.
3. Lamination Coating:
   • The laminated profiles undergo a coating process to improve wear resistance and moisture protection while enhancing aesthetics.
4. Installing Water Stop and Gluing:
   • Water stop strips are attached to the edge of the edge banding, and glue is applied to ensure sealing and waterproof performance.
5. Packaging:
   • Finally, the finished edge banding are packaged and prepared for shipment, ensuring their safety during transport.
