The Complete Edge Banding Glue Production Workflow
Each batch of will edge band adhesive we ship is run through six controlled phases –
resin selection→high temperature reactive blending→viscosity tuning→cooling and pelletizing→screening and metal detection→batch QC and sealing.
The pelletizing step is the one that most factories underestimate. If the cut is not clean, you wind up with dust in the bag which result in clogged glue pots and char buildup on the application roller. Our edge banding glue pellets are consistent 3-4 mm cylindrical cuts, double dust screened and packed in moisture barrier bags so what leaves our facility is what arrives at yours.
