Since its establishment, Shanghai Luyao Industrial Co., Ltd. has been a leading supplier of edge banding strips in China’s furniture supply chain. Raw Materials
We use Xinjiang PVC raw materials, and each piece undergoes melt flow rate testing before extrusion.
Extrusion/Lamination
The extrusion process for PVC and ABS edge banding is carried out under strictly controlled temperatures
Embossing and Printing
Wood grain patterns are printed using gravure printing, followed by hot pressing to create a realistic, traditional wood grain effect.
Surface Treatment
We offer a variety of surface treatments, including high-gloss, matte, ultra-matte, and metallic finishes. UV curing enhances scratch resistance.
Pre-applied Adhesive
EVA hot melt adhesive is heated to 180-200°C, applied to the back of the roll, and then wound after cooling.
Quality Control and Packaging
Each roll of product undergoes thickness tolerance (±0.05 mm), color uniformity, and adhesive strength testing. Defective portions are rejected and recorded.

The quality of edge bands on the production floor is evaluated by four aspects: batch-to-batch color uniformity, thickness tolerance of ±0.05 mm, clean-cut without burr edges and the adhesive reactivity remains stable after six months in the warehouse.
Our edge bands come in rolls of 50 m, 100 m or 200 m depending on the thickness. Standard width is from 18mm - 60mm, custom width can be up to 120mm.
