What if the defective rate of the received goods exceeds the standard? How to handle it?

You must submit photos, videos and a quantity list of the defective product within 48 hours of receipt and we will complete the verification within 24 hours after receipt of the evidence. If the defect rate is above the standard, we have two solutions: 1. Replenishment by free express with replenishment cycle of 3~5 working days, and we also will pay all the shipping cost; 2. Direct compensation, refund 1.2 times of the defective goods and customers can deal with the defective goods if themselves without returning them.

Is there a seasonal fluctuation in the price of your edge banding?

There is a slight seasonal fluctuation, mainly affected by raw material prices and market demand. The fluctuations are mainly concentrated in March-May (peak furniture production season) and October-December (peak export season) every year. The price is relatively stable in the off-season (January-February, July-August) with a small fluctuation range, which will not affect customers’ procurement costs.

Has your edge banding passed the aging test?

Yes, It has passed the test of time. Edge banding production must be subjected to rigorous aging test from each batch, to guarantee that the product is not easy to be aged or deteriorated in long term use. The test includes thermal aging, photoaging, damp heat aging and so on, which comply with the industry aging test standards, and guarantee the life of the product.

What are the requirements for customizing the length of edge banding?

The length can be adjusted as needed. Suggested custom lengths are 50m, 100m and 200m. For industrial suppliers longer lengths (500m/roll) may be requested; the length error is required to be ≤0.5%, with no breaks or joints. It is not necessary to have an extra cost for length customization or the price increase is within 5%, which is suitable for your production.
