Our packaging consists of 100 meters per roll, with 10 rolls per carton—totaling approximately three cartons. If you require Melamine edge banding strip, the minimum order quantity is 10,000 meters per color. If you require custom colors, textures, or special specifications, ordering a 20-foot container qualifies you for a waiver of customization fees (saving approximately $2,000 in mold/tooling costs).
Do you support customized size, color and logo for edge banding?

How long is the production and delivery time for orders?

International sea freight typically takes 25 to 35 days to reach most major ports worldwide. We strictly adhere to agreed-upon delivery schedules to ensure your production line runs smoothly and without interruption. If you are in a rush, we can accept expedited orders (subject to an additional rush fee).
What glue types are your edge banding compatible with?
Our edge banding strips demonstrate exceptional compatibility with both EVA hot melt glue and PUR hot melt adhesives—the two most widely used bonding agents in modern edge banding machinery. While PUR adhesive is more expensive than EVA adhesive, it offers superior quality; it cures through exposure to humidity, whereas EVA cures via heat. When paired with these hot-melt adhesives, our edge banding strips ensure a secure bond that is free from blistering or delamination, maintaining stable performance even in environments characterized by high temperatures or high humidity.
Do you offer after-sales service and warranty for edge banding?
Yes, we offer a 12-month quality warranty on all our edge banding products. Additionally, we provide 24-hour online support, complimentary technical assistance, and expert guidance regarding equipment compatibility and application. Should any non-human-induced quality defects—such as cracking, peeling, or severe discoloration—arise during the warranty period, we will provide compensation for the damaged goods upon receipt of photographic and video evidence of the damage, along with the corresponding product contract. EVA adhesive
EVA hot melt glue is a thermoplastic based glue or adhesive. It is a physical solidification adhesive – melting solidifies and is the bonding agent with thermal energy.
PUR adhesive
PUR hot-melt adhesive is a two-component system consisting of a solid thermoplastic and a reactive polyurethane. Once bonded it continues to crosslink (react) — typically facilitated by moisture in wood or ambient moisture — strengthening the bond with age.
