Extrusion:The length measurement system is fully automatic to give accurate control over every roll of high gloss edge banding, and this is mandatory with large scale production.
Printing:The surface is swabbed with butanone first to dust the surface and to activate the material.
Then we apply multiple layers:
- Base color
- Pattern or color layer
- Protective high gloss coating
