Luyao’s sales and technical teams possess a comprehensive understanding of your actual production conditions—including board types, edge-banding machine parameters, local climatic conditions, required specifications (color, dimensions, etc.), and any special customization needs.
Based on your procurement plan, we provide clear material recommendations, professional chemical formulation matching, and practical, integrated solutions designed to prevent material incompatibility and production losses. Prior to quoting, all technical plans and product designs are confirmed in writing to ensure complete alignment and accuracy.
Precise Quote & Confirm the PI Document
After the product solution is confirmed, we offer a clear and comprehensive factory wholesale quotation including unit price, MOQ, total cost, packaging standard, production lead time, shipping method etc. We accommodate flexible trade terms like FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP in accordance with various customers’ customs clearance capabilities and budget plans.
We also provide bespoke quotations for customized sizes, special formulas and personalized packaging needs. Then we will send you a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) with full transaction terms after the agreement reached to ensure the order processing in a standardized way.
Sample Check & Mass Production Arrangement
Product applicability is guaranteed We offer free sample testing services before make-to-order. Customers are able to check the colour, texture, toughness, adhesion and weather resistance of edgebanding, pvc film and hot melt adhesive. After the sample is confirmed, we proceed with regular mass production strictly in line with the approved specifications.
Entire production process meets ISO quality system, raw material incoming inspection, semi-finished products monitoring and finished products overall inspection. Our routine production line makes sure stable batch consistency and good control on product defect rate.
Rigid Pre-shipment Testing and Standardized Packaging
Before shipping, all finished products are subjected to a multi-dimensional quality inspection, including appearance, size specification, color difference, viscosity, weather resistance and packaging completeness. Professional export packing for all products: moisture proof, pressure resistant, deformation proof, and shock proof.
Custom cartons, shipping marks and exclusive brand packaging are also available upon bulk order. We make scientific pallet stacking and container loading, and take loading photos and videos for firing to guarantee that your cargos will be safe and sound.
Efficient Shipment & Full-cycle After-sales Follow-up
Our production lead time is normally 15 working days. We arrange production according to the schedule of customer after completion of production, the delivers are for samples via LCL sea freight, FCL full container sea freight and air elite.
We provide live cargo tracking and continue with shipping updates until the merchandise reaches the port of destination. After the customers get the goods, our technology team will provide long-term free after-sales service, include machine parameter adjustment, operation guidance and trouble shooting solutions, it makes sure customers stably and efficiently use our products.
