Precision Engineering
Exquisite materials
High-purity Xinjiang Tianye PVC resin constitutes the base material. It is carefully mixed with high-quality heat-resistant calcium carbonate filler, high-grade impact modifier, UV stabilizer, lubricant and pigment particles.
Excellent twin-screw extrusion
The compound is fed into an advanced computer-controlled conical twin-screw extruder. The precise temperature curve and screw speed ensure the best melting, homogenization and degassing effect. The molten material is then forced through a chrome-plated die.
Vacuum shaping and cooling
The extruded profile immediately enters the shaping tank. Precisely cooled water and calibrated shaping sleeves ensure that the profile reaches its precise final size and perfect geometry under controlled pressure and vacuum conditions.
Automatic palletizing and packaging
The cut profiles are automatically palletized and conveyed. Automatic packaging system covers protective film, then precisely straps and ties onto sturdy wooden pallets to ensure safe global transportation.
Continuous traction and cutting
The precision crawler traction device clamps the cooled profile, providing constant and controllable tension. The automatic flying cutting saw is synchronized with the traction speed to cut the continuous profile into a specified length with neat and square edges.
Strict quality control gate
monitors size, surface quality, color. Final inspection includes manual inspection for cosmetic defects and performance testing (impact resistance, thermal stability, dimensional tolerance – typically controlled within +/- 0.3 mm)
