3. Manual and semi-automatic edge banding machines: Due to the lack of polishing function on manual and semi-automatic edge banding machines, we recommend manual polishing to ensure a smooth surface.
4. Adjusting glue flow: If you encounter thick glue lines or stringing during application, adjust the edge banding machine speed and hot melt adhesive temperature.
5. Surface protection: If the edge banding surface is easily scratched by the equipment, it indicates that the surface wear resistance treatment is not appropriate, which is a sign of a substandard product.
6. Bonding issues: If the edge banding fails to bond properly, check the room temperature and hot melt adhesive temperature (make sure it is not less than 18°C) or adjust the edge banding machine speed.
