• Hot-Melt Glue:
  These are cost-effective options commonly available in DIY stores. They are made from materials with low heat resistance, so avoid using them on MDF or plywood in high-temperature environments, such as outdoor settings.
• Hot Air/Laser:
  This method uses heat to bond the edge banding, providing a strong and seamless finish.
• Iron-On:
  These types use heat from an iron to activate the adhesive on the back of the edge banding for application.
• Laser Edging:
  This advanced technique fuses the edge banding to the substrate using a laser, creating a smooth finish.

Solid Colours

Our collection of solid colour ABS edgebanding tapes includes 1000+ designs in stock. You can choose from a variety of solid colours that match the offerings of all well-known manufacturers of enhanced particleboards. Options range from high gloss to the increasingly popular super matte finishes. Additionally, we can create custom solid colour designs that match specific colour codes, tailored to your desired thickness, width, and gloss level.

Wood-Grain Designs

We offer an extensive selection of 1000+ wood-grain designs of ABS edgebanding tapes from renowned producers of enhanced particleboards. Our range is continuously expanding to keep up with new board offerings in the market. All designs are available in thicknesses of 2 mm and 0.45 mm, with many also offered in 1 mm. Standard widths are available, and upon request, we can produce ABS tapes that match specific board designs and structures.

Abstract-Pattern Designs

Our inventory includes over 500+ abstract-pattern designs, as well as designs that imitate stone, marble, and textiles, sourced from leading manufacturers of enhanced particleboards. These designs are primarily available in 1 mm thickness and all standard widths.

High Gloss

The collection of high gloss ABS edgebanding tapes features 500+ designs in both solid colours and wood-grain finishes from well-known manufacturers. These high gloss tapes are available in 1 mm thickness and all commercial widths. Each design is protected with a protective foil to prevent damage during the edge banding process. Custom high gloss designs matching specific RAL or NCS colour codes can also be made upon request.

Grooves for Door Leaves

We offer ABS edgebanding tapes specifically designed for grooves in door leaves. These tapes feature incisions at points where bending into the groove is required. The thickness of the ABS tape is 1 mm, and widths available for order include 57 mm, 62 mm, 68mm and 120mm.

Aluminium Finish

Our ABS edgebanding tapes with an aluminium surface finish provide a modern aesthetic for furniture. Choose from three different finishes: grinded aluminium, matte aluminium, and gloss aluminium. Tapes with a thickness of 1 mm can be ordered in all widths. These aluminium-finished tapes are also protected with a removable foil to safeguard the surface until after edge banding.
