EVA hot melt adhesive

EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) hot melt adhesive is a solvent-free, moisture-free, and 100% solid meltable polymer made from ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymers.

Water resistance: closed cell construction, non-absorbent, moisture-proof, excellent water resistance.
Corrosion resistance includes resistance to saltwater, grease, acids, alkalis, and other chemical corrosion, as well as antibacterial, non-toxic, tasteless, and pollution-free properties.
Processability: no joints, and simple to process such as hot pressing, cutting, gluing, and laminating.
Anti-vibration properties include strong resilience and tensile strength, as well as good anti-shock/cushioning performance.
Heat preservation: heat insulation, heat preservation, cold protection, and low temperature performance are all outstanding, and they can survive extreme cold and exposure.
Sound insulation: airtight compartment provides strong sound insulation.

Application

Widely used in furniture, hardware tools, toys, crafts, tourism products, stationery, cosmetics and other industries.

It is suitable for bonding various materials, such as paper, cardboard, plastic, wood, cloth, etc.

Hot melt glue package

Usage Guide:

Softening point: It indicates the heat resistance of edge banding glue. The higher the softening point, the harder it is to melt. It is usually between 80 and 120°C.
Usage temperature: It refers to the temperature of the glue on the glue wheel of the edge banding machine. Only when the temperature of the glue on the glue wheel reaches the usage temperature, the glue can achieve the best bonding strength.
