Luyao manufactures the PVC protective film itself, and we also accept bespoke designs.

First, we make based PVC film in a reasonable thickness, such as 12u.

We will create an appropriate color film depending on the final design.

Finally, print each color on the film to complete the pattern. The PVC film contains two layers: the first layer is based on the color of the design, and the second layer protects the oil ink. We can also utilize the cylinder sets to add texture to the surface.

Finally, we will dry the PVC décor film, package it, and organize transportation.
