Product Description

Application: Suitable for edge banding of various types of MDF and particleboard.
Adhesion: Perfect bonding with hot melt adhesive ensures durability.
Color and Texture: A variety of colors and wood grain designs are available.
Finish: Options include smooth, high gloss, matrix, pearl, ash pore, wood pore and wood grain finishes.
Physical Protection: Provides excellent protection against physical damage.

Product Specifications

Color: Due to different production times, there may be slight color differences between samples and actual products.
Color Fastness: All products are printed with inks with a color fastness rating of 6-8.
Gloss: According to ISO 2813 (measurement angle = 60°):
High gloss solid color: ±93
High gloss wood grain: ±93
Wood grain: ±17
Embossed surface: ±7
Dimensional stability: Shrinkage is less than 1.5% after 1 hour at 80°C according to DIN 53377.
Density: Ranges from 1.35 to 1.4, in accordance with DIN 53479.
Water absorption: Negligible according to ISO 62.

Application Notes
