Non-glued edge banding is supplied without a pre-applied adhesive layer. In many furniture factories, the adhesive is applied as part of the production process using an edge-banding machine.

This option can suit production environments that already have an established bonding process. The final result depends on adhesive selection, machine settings, substrate preparation, and operating conditions.
