- Extrusion:
- PVC raw materials are heated and melted through an extruder to form continuous baseboard profiles.
- Lamination:
- A decorative veneer is applied to the surface of the extruded profile to enhance appearance and provide various texture and color options.
- Lamination Coating:
- The laminated profiles undergo a coating process to improve wear resistance and moisture protection while enhancing aesthetics.
- Installing Water Stop and Gluing:
- Water stop strips are attached to the edge of the edge banding, and glue is applied to ensure sealing and waterproof performance.
- Packaging:
- Finally, the finished edge banding are packaged and prepared for shipment, ensuring their safety during transport.
