Luyao PVC Edgebanding may be applied to any edgebander gluing machine utilizing hot melt adhesive processes. Gluing, cross-cutting, milling, scraping, and polishing are common processing processes for high-quality surfaces. Important parameters should be considered while determining appropriate processing settings.

Adhesive is compatible with conventional hot melt adhesives (EVA, PA, APAO, PUR). Adhesives with great heat resistance are indicated for high-temperature situations.
For optimal results, keep materials at ambient temperature (not below 18°C).
Edgebanders have feed rates ranging from 10 to 100 m/min, making them suitable for both low and high volume processing.
For milling and scraping, use cutters with 3 to 6 teeth and speeds ranging from 12,000 to 18,000 RPM. Proper maintenance is required to prevent harm.
Manual Application: Apply with appropriate adhesives. Ensure that the appropriate bonding temperatures and cure durations are followed.
